According to the news report on August 22, 2013 of TGI’s energy-saving glass operation by Economic Daily News Plate C7, it mentioned that the total investment amount to TGI and TECO’s joint venture of Low-E Vacuum Glass Factory reached NT$700 million. The Board of Directors of TG TECO Vacuum Insulated Glass Corp. approved the budget of factory building with NT$420 million and the budget of equipment and factory building on TGI’s original land with NT$280 million. Otherwise, TGI provides it land, factory and equipment to TG TECO Vacuum Insulated Glass Corp. by rent.

We hereby certify that the Capital of TG TECO Vacuum Insulated Glass Corp. is NT$150 million, the rate of TGI’s shareholding rete is 65% and the actual investment amount is NT$97.5 million.
