This project is located at Chung Ho City in Taipei County is a major gallery of avenues type of a complete science industry park development project.
The concept of the overall master of plan is to locate eleven 18-story main buildings all along and around the streets. The center of the block is set aside for the design of a large scale cohesive plaza, in order to create a green humanistic space equally enjoyed by the science park businesses and the city residents.The exterior of the eleven principal buildings are mainly made out of metal/aluminum cladding and glass curtain wall. These two materials interchange according to each building’s orientation and location, allowing a virtually real dialogue between each neighboring or opposing buildings, using colored film coated laminated reflective glass, the unique qualities of which are listed below:
1.The exterior layer of laminated glass used in this project is reflective glass, which has superior anti-heat qualities and can prevent direct sunlight, allowing for a more comfortable interior environment for the occupants.
2. The PVB interlayer can be tinted in different colors and this project uses the U.S. SAFLEX color film is used as the laminating interlayer. As the use of the color laminating correspond to the glass used, hence each building creates a variety of different colors, to represent each different corporate spirit and make the buildings more distinguishable from each other.
