To achieve fluidity and glossiness for the elliptical building on the northern side, micro-reflective glass has been selected as the main surface material for the main body. Micro-reflective glass offers 68% transparency of visible light, which gives a translucent view of the building interior, and its 15% light reflection rate makes the building appear bright, shiny and reflective of the sky and clouds. The use of curved surface also adds to the crystalline effect of the glass. For the girder bands and dado sections we have chosen 2-color silkscreened, ceramic spandrel glass as decorative boards. The patterns are oblong objects, adding to the high-tech sensibility of the building. The horizontal window frames are uniquely shaped. With the support of light and shadows, the lip-shaped elliptical building stand out strikingly; topped with similarly shaped floating roof overhang, the building gives different light expressions in the day and at night.

The Commercial building on the south is designed to contrast with the north building; ceramic tiles and metal bars are used to decorative boards; the tiles with reflective glaze shine in harmony with the micro-reflective glass. Gray colored glass is used for the window panes to enhance the 3-dimensional sense of the pre-cast frames areas. For subordinate spaces, vertical columns and exposed beams or metal grilles are used to decorate mechanical and balcony space; clear glass is chosen for part of the doors and windows for better coordination. The base section uses the same clear glass in conjunction with cream-colored and brown granite in order for the main building body to unite rightly with the ground.
