The site is located in the Neihu Technology Park, rectangular shaped and 85m wide, facing the road. On the front, there is a laneway facing the center of the site right across the road. To avoid marketing problems, the main building is divided into two sections connected by a membrane structure which works as an extension of the lobby in building on the right side as well as a service lane. This strategy successfully solves the problems of street configuration and functions.
The cladding is mainly composed of aluminum panels and glass curtain wall. All aluminum materials including cladding, columns, and extruded windows are colored in dark grey to make the richly varied vocabulary of the exterior, unified with a technological aesthetic. 8 mm offline metallic micro-reflective tempered glass is used with stainless steel in a color that matches grey color series.
